| Event Name: | English Winter Fair | ||
| Description: | Livestock classes for beef cattle, sheep, pigs, geese and turkeys. Carcass classes for beef, lambs, pigs and turkeys as well as classes for hay and cereals. Other attractions at the Show include an auction of livestock and carcasses from 2.00 pm on Sunday, the Young Farmers' Stock & Carcass Judging Competition, the BPEX Pork Products Competition as well as agricultural, breed society and general trade stands. The Show also incorporates a Christmas Fayre featuring a variety of seasonal, food and general trade stands. Tickets are priced at £10 on the gate or £8 in advance per adult with children under 16 years of age free of charge. 2013 dates are Saturday 16th November and Sunday 17th November. |
