| Description: | A show with it's heart in agriculture. One of Britain's oldest and the North West's largest livestock shows. Featuring sheep, cattle, pigs, goats and alpacas, also horse, poultry, hounds, dogs, heavy horses and rare breeds, and not forgetting Cumberland & Westmorland wrestling, Womens' Institute, Learning for Life and craft marquees. Over 350 trade stands and the country's largest local products food hall with special demonstrations and celebrity chefs. Open all day 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. Free car parking and free bus service to and from Kendal. |
