Costs
Subscription Rates for 2009
Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December in any one year. All amounts are payable per annum and subscriptions are due by January 31st each year.
Costs are based on the events published in the Annual List of Shows & Sales, and on the Web Site.

| A maximum of 6 show days are chargeable in any one year. |
Applications to join the Association after 1 August in any year, are charged at a basic rate of £10.00. This takes into account that it is not possible to enter event details in the Annual List of Shows & Sales, and many of the benefits open to members will have passed.
PPL & Charges
Through the arrangement with Phonographic Performance Licensing all Shows/Events belonging to the Association are covered annually by the payment of a one-time fee for each 1,000 attendees. Those shows which have an attendance of 10,000 or less pay a minimum nominal sum.
Per Show or Event
Attendance of 10,000 or less - £23.
Attendance of 10,001 and above - £2.30 per 1,000 attendees
