ASAO Patron’s Cow Pat Trophy Comes to Suffolk!
The annual Association of Show and Agricultural Organisations (ASAO) Conference took place earlier this month and Tradestand Officer, Paula Slater, attended on behalf of the SAA to exchange ideas with other members of the industry.
This year the Cow Pat trophy – introduced by ASAO Patron, HRH The Countess of Wessex – was presented for the Great Ideas Forum competition and the Suffolk Show was delighted to be winners this year for its pallet seating! The idea came from Senior Steward of Tradestands Sam Fairs, who designed the seating from recycled pallets and astro turf.
The Suffolk Show is always looking for economical ways to improve the experience for the visitors and was delighted to be recognised for its efforts at the ASAO’s national event.
