Frome Agricultural and Cheese Show

The Frome Agricultural & Cheese Show is organised by the Frome & District Agricultural Society, a traditional one-day agricultural show held annually on the 2nd Saturday of September at the West Woodlands Showground, Nr Frome, Somerset, BA11 5ES.

With a regular annual attendance of 20,000, the Show welcomes people of all ages and interests, from families to local businesses.

Our competitive sections include Cattle, Sheep, Dairy & Pigmy Goats, Horses, Egg, Fodder & Grain, Horticultural and Homecraft & Handicraft. We are also home to the prestigious Global Cheese Awards, one of the oldest Cheese Awards in the country, housing over 700 Cheeses in our Cheese Pavilion.

With over 300 trade stands, explore our Shopping & Rural Crafts, Local Food & Drink Hall, Countryside Pursuits, Agricultural Machinery and Dog Show Ring. As well lots of displays and entertainment including Falconry, Clayzer Clay Shooting and the Mounted Games.
