The Tendring Show

Essex County’s Premier Agricultural Event. Attracting in the region of 20,000 visitors, the Show welcomes people of all ages and interests, so come and join the fun!

The Show is organised by the Tendring Hundred Farmers’ Club (established in 1899) with a hard working committee of 20 volunteers building to over 250 volunteer stewards on Show day.

Set in the beautiful parkland setting of Lawford House Park, the Tendring Show combines top class entertainment, animals, from horses, cattle, sheep and goats, to rabbits, pigeons, poultry, guinea pigs and fancy rats! We have over 250 trade stands and exhibits, including a large undercover Shoppers’ Market, beautiful Art & Lifestyle Pavilion, huge Food Pavilion championing local produce, Education Area and Countryside Area with its own man-made pond.
