3rd June 2018
Rutland- voted best rural place to live in 2015.
The 186th Rutland County Show takes place on Sunday 3rd June. There’s so much to see and enjoy at the show with fabulous Main Ring attractions throughout the day, rural exhibitions and demonstrations along with Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Poultry and our Prestigious RIHS horse and pony showing classes.
Sample delicious artisan food and drink in ‘The Larder’ food court whilst listening to local bands and watching our wonderful Rutland Morris men perform. Back by popular demand is the Tractor Pulling event and the ‘edu-taining’ Sheep Show - this year featuring their brilliant dog and duck display. Browse over 100 unique trade stands and craft stalls, watch the farrier competition run by Leicestershire’s own Stephen Hill, along with the new Heavy Horse classes returning to the show after 63 years.
Our favorite complement from 2016 'What an amazing very traditional county show'
