14th - 15th May 2016
The Nottinghamshire County Show is now in its 133rd year and is a fun day out for all the family in all weathers. The show is also a fantastic business event and opportunity. While it has evolved to embrace all ages and tastes, it continues to be true to its roots in agriculture.
As well as the regular livestock competitions, equine classes and prestigious showjumping, there will be live music performances, the very best of Nottinghamshire's heritage, delicious food and over 100 trade stalls selling all sorts from country clothing, antiques and crafts.
Come rain or shine, the family zone, inside the George Stephenson building, will have a range of interactive games and entertainment for families from circus workshops, juggling, uni-cycling and extreme sports. The Countryside Area is home to new-born lambs, falconry displays, gun dog demonstrations and the ever popular Sheep Show.
No matter what your age the show offers an exciting day out for everyone to see, experience, and taste the best of Nottinghamshire – be it from entertainers, farmers, producers or retailers.
