This joint meeting between the Yorkshire Federation of Show Societies and the ASAO brings organisers together for a collaborative day of updates, shared learning and sector insight. Combining the Federation’s AGM with an ASAO Regional Meeting, the event offers a valuable opportunity for shows across Yorkshire to connect, contribute and stay informed.

Delegates will receive a Secretarial Update from the ASAO, covering current guidance, organisational news and developments affecting agricultural and rural events. A programme of guest speakers will explore topical issues and practical challenges, with time built in for open discussion, questions and peer exchange.

The event will also feature trade stands, giving attendees the chance to meet suppliers, explore new products and services, and strengthen relationships with industry partners.

Lunch is provided, with space to network and catch up with fellow organisers from across the region.
